Role: Develop and implement weekly group activity for residents at the emergency shelter to encourage socialization, provide entertainment, and team building. Host activity and ensure to meet needs of residents under direct supervision of Fieldwork Supervisor.

Description: This course describes an OTA's role in therapeutic relationships, therapeutic group design, and administering assessments with pediatric and adult settings. I was involved with administering a group therapeutic activity involving pediatric sensory motor.

Level IB Fieldwork Evaluation
NextStep Fitness
Description: Fulfilled fieldwork hours with a non-profit, community-based paralysis recovery and fitness facility. Shadowed certified personal trainers perform activity -based intervention and therapy to allow facilitation of independence and recovery.
